Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Post takes 2-4 working days for delivery.

Returns

I hope that you love your jewellery but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging (Pouch or box). You must include proof of purchase.

Christabell Fusion will not be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post- it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is sent back using a tracked service.
