What I’m All About

I have loved jewellery since I was very young and have been making it for the last 4 years. I have been toying with the idea of opening my own jewellery and craft business for the last 2 years and have decided that it’s now or never ( and as my mum pointed out, there’s no point in making jewellery if you’re just going to hoard it! and she wants her cupboard space back).

I’m inspired by beautiful jewellery that I see in films and on TV, especially anything to do with the Tudors and Queen Elizabeth I. I am also a fan of Jane Austen, Jane Eyre and Downton Abbey. I love the simplicity, elegance and versatility of the jewellery of those times.

My grandma was someone who encouraged me in everything I did and it is partly because of her that I am taking this next step in setting up my own business. My logo was inspired by my grandma, who was proud to be from Yorkshire and who survived breast cancer, which is why the colour of the rose is pink, not white.
